Locally produced organic sourdough

The sourdough we use in our kitchen is made locally in Saffron Walden by Megan at Mini Miss Bread Microbakery.

Having spotted a gap in the Saffron Walden market for quality, 'real bread', Mini Miss Bread now bakes organic sourdough for an ever growing customer base and supplies us with sourdough twice a week to use both in our kitchen and to also sell to customers to take home with them on Tuesdays and Fridays. But get here quick - once it's here it doesn't stick around long!
